Felix has worked across New York City’s diverse neighborhoods—from Cross Island to Coney Island, Jamaica to Prospect Park, and Flushing to Brooklyn Heights—developing partnerships with Executive Directors, corporate leaders, and community stakeholders. He has led fundraising campaigns, secured corporate sponsorships, and cultivated donor relationships, all with a focus on equity, access, and strengthening local communities.

Data and technology play a central role in his approach, as Felix leverages platforms like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Python to streamline processes, analyze donor engagement, and optimize development strategies.

Above all, Felix believes the foundation of impactful work is listening—deeply and intentionally.

Beyond his work in fundraising and development, Felix is also the Founder and Creative Lead of Alarcon Media, a platform dedicated to authentic storytelling, podcast production, and content creation.

As the host of the Brown/Olive Podcast, he explores themes of culture, resilience, family, and work—highlighting personal narratives that inspire reflection and connection. His creative work is rooted in the belief that storytelling is a tool for both individual growth and collective progress.

While Alarcon Media is a creative passion project, it also complements his professional work—serving as a reminder that every successful partnership, every community campaign, and every fundraising effort begins with a story that moves people to action.
